Refund/Exchange Policy
Our products are produced by a third-party manufacturer that are only created and shipped once ordered. Meaning we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges on products that were as selected as the wrong size, color, or preference change. However, we are still willing to best help in these occurrences. Please email driftsportingwear@gmail.com with your situation as these will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Quality Assurance
Before our products are published, we receive samples to ensure the fabric and design quality are up to standard. Our third-party manufacturer also has rigorous guidelines in quality control. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery with the situation including photo evidence and will work directly with the manufacturer on a resolution.
Shipping
The timeline of shipping/delivery of products varies depending on shipping address and source of the product being shipped from. That stated, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be delivered. If your order has not been delivered by then, please contact us. We are not responsible for any misplaced/lost items that were submitted to a wrong address.
